Consult Chikker is the boutique consulting practice of Rishabh Chikker — Product Owner, Agile Coach and PMP-certified Program Manager with an MSc. Engineering and MBA background, and 10+ years of global experience delivering complex programs across the automotive and industrial sectors.

I help organizations expedite complex delivery landscapes, hit critical SOP milestones, increase transparency, accelerate time-to-market and build high-performing, self-organizing teams. My work sits at the intersection of Agile Transformation, PMO excellence and software & portfolio governance — scaling SAFe, optimizing delivery pipelines and aligning product execution with business strategy.
